Appointments

Appointments are recommended to help us accommodate your preferred date and time. Walk-ins are always welcome based on availability.

Late Arrivals

Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule their appointment to avoid impacting other scheduled guests.

Cancellation Policy

For group appointments only:
• Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• A 20% deposit is required to reserve all group appointments.
• Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a no-show.

General Policies

• No pets are allowed inside the salon.
• All services are non-refundable.
• Personal checks are not accepted.
• Radiance Nails & Spa is not responsible for lost or unattended personal belongings.
